"The basic layout is the same," Holmes tells him dryly. "We're not speaking of textbook examples here Clayborn." He nods slowly. "Believe me, you're not saying anything I haven't said to myself many times over. And theory is all we have in this case."
"AH!" Holmes' eyes light up. "But why would a normal man need a disguise?"
"I see," he comments thoughtfully, though it's clear he doesn't really. He looks off in the distance, thinking, rubbing his chin.
