Rus listens thoughtfully. "Well, I was never one for tantrums. I couldn't hold a candle to Rabastan there." He chews on his lip. "I always used it...if someone was doing something I didn't think was right, I tried to fix it so it was. Like with the tourists messing things about. Or Rab's cats and my boots."
"I hadn't thought of it like that," he admits. "It could work though. Scaring my nightmares away has a definite appeal."
"All right," Rus says happily and drops the subject.
"Which they wouldn't have done!" he insists, straightening up.
"Here now!" Rus admonishes him. "That's no way to treat a dumb animal Severus!" He stands in front of the kicked penguin protectively. "Phew! They don't half stink of fish!" The smell notwithstanding, Rus in enchanted with the penguins and looks around for something to feed them.
Oh dear. Poor mom! Still snowing. No school today and likely none for the rest of the week. Right. They just promote you to management. Sorry. I know something is needed; I just have a horror of getting beat up by some hourly workers kid. I understand. But really, if he needs/wants it, he only has to ask.
