"Good!" Rus despises moodiness. "He wouldn't be here long," he assures Severus. "You wouldn't have to see him. Not unless you wanted to." He raises an eyebrow. "You mean to tell me that in all these years there hasn't been one single student worth training up?"
"All right, I would," he admits. "But only under the most dire of circumstances. Like I'd starve otherwise."
"Knowing James Potter was dead was one of the happiest moments of my life," Rus gloats savagely. "I only wish I could have been there to see it." He notices Severus' face. "Did they?" he asks quietly, reaching out to touch his elbow. "I'm glad they did. Even Potter and Black wouldn't pick on a girl."
"Only if they know you did it," Rus points out. "You must have gotten extremely clumsy over the years if you're worried about that." His voice is a challenging drawl.
I haven't seen it in years. I might be mis-remembering. I never, ever thought it was silly. I still don't and I've seen it more than any other movie. You never watched Third Rock from the Sun? Or saw the Inspector Gadget movie? >:O
