"Don't think about that part," Rus admonishes him. "Think about, oh, failing the entire third year or something." He follows' Severus' gaze. "It's a start," he nods grinning.
"Sure,"he agrees eagerly. "It sounds great. I can be your tester for that too."
"Which he will," Rus says airily. He has no doubts whatsoever. "See!" he enthuses. "You can do this! It's not hard!" he smiles slyly. "You're on."
Missing the pattern completely, Rus frowns at the board. "All right," he mutters. "3 first." He sights then closes his eyes. THWOK! "Three!" he crows. "Now 5, 8, 13...what were those last two again?" He half-turns, dart poised.
