LOL, well, you do have to remember to watch it through a forgiving 'this was filmed in the sixties, directed by a cop, and had a special effects budget and capacity that just about ran to styrofoam rocks' filter. I mean, if we did the same show now it would look very differently (and after seeing the movie I have my fingers crossed that it will), but the show's social conscience is amazing for the period, and only some of the episodes are written too corny to be borne. :D
