Besides I thought you liked my asking the many questions?

Get a big pot pan, heat some water, don't get it to boiling, just hot. Dump some table salt in it, stick your feet in it, relax.

Trust me this helps, and if you have some rubbing alcohol or lotion rub it into your feat and give it massages.

Don't forgets the calves either.

Try to get hubbie to do it. That way you can lay down without putting pressure on your back.

My mom rocks ^_^ So yes, very much a compliment.

I used to do foot soaks all the time, but I just don't have the energy anymore. Jordan has to take care of the kids while I'm recovering from work. Dinner and bed time. I hobble around to tuck them in and kiss them goodnight then curl up in our room. I'm doing a lot on my own. I do need to see a chiropractor though. My shoulders and neck are all screwed up. *sighs*
I'm not going to quit until I have another job. So I have to find something else.

	Yeah, well, that isn't going to happen. I work mornings tomorrow and monday, and then have orientation at 9:00am tuesday, class orientation wednesday, and everything kicks off full time thursday and friday. Then back to a morning shift on saturday. I haven't gotten a shedule past that. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
