Ow, ow ow - perfect. That was painful, and excellent, and there's no way I'm not re-reading and bookmarking, because wow. It was so sad; I had pangs when I got to the part where he realises no-one noticed anything was the matter. It starts off so sweetly, and all goes so terribly wrong... Loved it.
