Was this woman insane? Bonnie would swear she attracted those kinds of people. "He was probably just doing his job." she pointed out, "I don't think that deserves enslavement." how this woman had pulled that off, she still couldn't figure out, but that kind of magic scared her. Bonnie was going through every spell she'd ever read and still couldn't place one that would cause anything like that.
"Self-proclaimed king." she said with and eye-roll. "Some vampire who apparently has ways to track the use of magic." she told her, "Which means he has to be well aware of you by now." though of this woman could take him out, she wasn't going to complain about that. "A vampire who has a whole lot of other vampires backing him. I haven't figured out how many yet." If it was an army of vampires against an army of witches, there would be a way for witches to win. There was something else that was stopping the New Orleans witches from using magic, but Bonnie had no idea what it was.
Whatever else this woman was saying, Bonnie wasn't following. "I have no idea what you're talking about." she said with a shrug, feeling more than a little creeped out. "Whatever witches around here have been doing, I've had nothing to do with it."
