I think they'd definitely get torn through, but I think probably enough to slow him a little both with the resistance of the web net and his plan to grab for clark from the other side to pull him back so when the web does break he'll have a hold on him.

So I imagine that could kind of go any number of ways with all the webs snapping because Clark being Clark, or slowing them enough that he doesn't hit at all if you like, though I think that's the least likely outcome, or that he hits a little more gently than he might if he simply fell out of the sky without anything to slow him down. I'm pretty open to any of those options to be honest, so whatever feels right to you would work.
