Feeling cramped in town lately? No worries there, we’ve got just the thing where you can find some space to stretch out, have a proper adventure or ten or just relax as you see fit and make some new friends!
From June 7th to the 21st, the doors will only open to locations in the Pokemon universe!
Don’t know much about Pokemon? No worries! Here are some areas that the doors automatically open to. You can, of course, visit more places when visiting by exploring! Finding a Pokemon that knows Fly or Surf can get you just about anywhere fast, (assuming you can’t already do that on your own).
+ Saffron City The Biggest City in the Kanto Region. It’s got shopping, food, and most notably Sylph Co, which is a leading manufacturer of tech, including the sciences behind the poke ball.
+ Slate port City: The port where people and Pokémon cross paths with nature. This city is well known for his abundant local food markets, as well as being by a port. There’s shopping to be done here, as well as some museums to visit! From this location, you could visit anywhere in Hoenn
+ Nimbus City A bustling city of entertainment, with many theme parks. This city is known for it’s love of leisure and fun and has a great deal of landmarks to visit! It is located in Unova, and from there you could travel anywhere in that location.
+ Snowpoint City A winter wonderland of a city where stout trees and buildings are blanketed in thick snow. There’s not a lot in this city, but if you’re looking to cool off, it’s definitely the place to be. From here, you could visit anywhere in the Sinnoh Region.
+ Hau'oli City A city overflowing with gentle joy. This city boasts a beachfront, a shopping district and a marina. Very tropical! From here you can visit any place in the Alola Region.
+ The Glittering Cave Lose all sense of direction as you wander though this cave, where Luminous Moss glows emerald green. Once (or if) you make it out of here, you could conceivably check out any part of the Kalos Region
+ Goldenrod City A Happening Big City, where people and Pokemon come and go as they like. There’s a department store, a game corner, a train and a national park near here. From Goldenrod, you could get to anywhere in the Johto Region that you liked.
+ Ryme City A Place of Harmony Between Humans and Pokémon. This is the city Detective Pikachu was set in, and it’s region is unknown. There’s no traveling from here beyond a ferry to a little island, but there’s still plenty to see and do!
+ Want something more relaxing? Try the SS Anne which is a luxury cruise ship. Has all that cruise atmosphere!
Don’t care for Pokemon? No worries, really. These places can just as easily be vacations spots or places to explore all while somehow miraculously ignoring the stupidly cute creatures that are just begging for you to love them -- or fight them, I guess. Or, feel free to opt out of the plot completely by just staying home in Starklandia!
Do care about Pokemon? Swell! Your characters are more than allowed to bring one (1!) Pokemon back with them to keep! Choose wisely! (Also, please no legendary Pokemon).
Other things of note that could be gotten are new kinds of fruits and vegetables, snack foods, clothes, electronics and tech. There's definitely a different version of each Nintendo system to be grabbed from each region, if nothing else. Mario Kart parties, anyone?
