Hi everyone! Kate again, with a second character (woohoo!)! This lovely lady is Annie Cresta, from the Hunger Games books. Shes come from the start of the final book, where she and Joanna are being held by the Capitol.

Annie is a sweet, kind girl who suffers from some mental instability, mostly caused by severe PTSD. She doesn't cope very well with change or chaos, so might need someone to take her under their wing! All plots and things are very welcome. :)
