Sure, it's open any time. There's quinjets if you need to pick up your research quick. Any of the Avengers or SHIELD agents can pilot it.

There's the former Avenger's facility in upstate New York, which is being converted into a scientific research center. Sure, it's a commute. But if you want to set up large experiments, I'll get you the creds needed for up there.
