Ok. Good info. I know the guy didn't do anything intentionally. I witnessed it firsthand. It's like watching someone rebooting a laptop after the blue screen of death.

Would any sort of scans be something a judge would take into account? We're working to get it out of him. But before that happens, I'd like to know if a judge would like some medical proof. If we can provide it.
