I've tried everything I can think of, but I haven't been able to find a way to sleep longer than a few hours at a time. ~~My dreams are so~~ I am welcoming any suggestions.

	If you need to talk about them, you should do that with someone you're comfortable with. If the nature of the dreams are disturbing or have to do with your counterpart in the prime universe.
