Manhattan, New York - 11/7/2020

CEO of Stark Industries, Pepper Potts, has filed for a divorce from Tony Stark after nearly six years of marriage.

Ms. Potts has filed for primary custody of the couple's daughter, Morgan, and will continue as acting CEO in a remote capacity. Along with being an active member of the Avengers, Mr. Stark continues as head of Stark Industries' Research & Development department and as a member of the board of directors. The divorce is reportedly "amicable" according to legal representatives.

S.I. stocks dipped 12 points on the NYSE after the initial announcement, but have rebounding following news there would be no change of corporate leadership. No reason was given for the split and details of prenuptial agreements are currently unknown. The couple's legal representatives have asked for privacy during this transition.
