I am honestly looking for some advice before deciding on a budget. I would like to build a training center that you could safely engage in combat scenarios in real time, with the ability to modify the parameters to prepare for whatever danger an individual may need to face.

I found a site on the dark web insisting that the highest advances in holographic technology, the ones that you can actually engage with and use all 5 senses, have secretly been smuggled onto this planet by an alien race. I try not to be a conspiracy theorist, but this seemed like something worth researching.

Do you think this is a credible lead? And if so, can you locate a seller?
