Washington, D.C. - In a surprising turn of events, the U.S. government has announced a final settlement with the Asgadians and Dr. Jane Foster, world renowned astrophysicist. Charges were dropped in exchange for community service from Thor Odinson, and an additional $10 million in restitution for damages caused by the storm that hit New York.

Thor's brother, Loki, remains in military custody. His precise location is unknown due to pre-trial security concerns. A trial for war crimes charges has been set for late September.
