We got this. While that'd be awesome, less risk that something like that might bork out and dump our problem onto someone else. Then they'll start hating on Earth too.

I say that strictly from a code junkie standpoint, because something always, inevitably, backfires in unexpected ways. Even when you try to plan for it not to.
