    Hey you two. I know it's holiday burnout time, but I'm trying to get things organized. Great at the funding, dev, and equipment parts. Not so much at that whole pep talks and team spirit thing.

    Bruce and I were talking, He brought up delegating and you two doing team training. I'm thinking upstate Avengers compound. Lots of room to get airborne in a no fly zone. You both have combat training and know what maneuvers to run. So that's a huge bonus.

    Are you both up to set up training this upcoming month? Maybe do small group runs around everyone's schedules. Like Team A and Team B type stuff.

I'm also in. If you've got some time we can work out some obstacle course kinds of things to get people to work together. Small-group tactics with different groups, make sure we're spreading out ideas, not duplicating but reinforcing.

Maybe some scrimmage type work later?

Sounds like a good game plan.

Idea. I know we've all got schedules and I'm supposed to have a court date, which is fun. But how about we fly up there the first week or two of January. Based on what you guys want, I 'll design and fabricate a course on site. Drones could have it set up in a couple days.
