Challah bread yes. Apples dipped in honey are the big thing. Big on fruits really, also pomegranates or sometimes dates. It doesn't feel like Rosh Hashanah without apples and pomegranate seeds. For savory fish is the most traditional but not as many people roast a whole fish these days.
