New Avengers Tower
415 Mission Street, San Francisco Rooms assigned on arrival. All arrivals get a room. Thanks to the Multiverse opening up, the Tower has moved. The eco-friendly building houses the Avengers, SHIELD, & Stark Industries. Hangers are top 6 floors behind LED paneling. 5 floors are housing @ 75 units total. Depts & Amenities are found by Floor #, Residents by Directory. Nearby: restaurants, bars, nightclubs, spas, & grocery.

Asgardia, Outer Space
(formerly Tønsberg, Norway). Only Asgardians can live here. Visitors are welcome for short stays or during global emergencies. Asgardians recently moved from Earth, but a multiversal blip has made Asgard resemble its older self again, once more a small, flat, planetary body. They have a Bifrost, Soul Forge, underground dungeon & treasury vault, & palace shielding. Valkyrie is now Queen Regent. Loki is the royal advisor.

Sanctum Sanctorum
177a Bleeker St, Greenwich Village Only a Master of the Mystic Arts can live here. The New York Sanctum is used to shield the planet and store mystic relics. It has magic doorways to Kamar-Taj and the Sanctums in Hong Kong and London. The basement is best avoided. The fridge is possessed by a demon. Some of the books bite. It's dark and ominous, and Dr. Strange likes it that way. Watch your step and don't knock anything over.

Wakanda
Ilemi Triangle region, Africa Only Wakandans can live here. Wakanda is a landlocked country near Lake Turkana. It's the most technologically advanced place on Earth, and the only source of Vibranium, a highly magnetic, absorptive, & conductive metal used in weapons and technology. Even if no longer isolated, Vibranium & Wakandan tech are highly coveted.

ex-Avengers compound
Lamont Landing, Esopus, NY (location verified). After the Multiverse was freed, the former HQ was left in ruins. Located along the Hudson River, it once served as a storage facility, scientific research labs, living areas, and a training/test ground for flights & weapon development. The Reality Stone is now buried several hundred feet underground in a high security Hulk-proof containment cell.

Hammer Bay, Genosha
The Seychelles Genosha is a multi-government funded genetics project disguised as a private tourist resort for oligarchs & political figures. Nathaniel Essex, the world's greatest geneticist, chose his test subjects from 'criminals' around the world. Charges are falsified by governments after getting genetic info from DNA test kits & medical records. A Weapon X training camp is hidden outside of the city.

Madripoor
Strait of Malacca One of the business capitals of the Pacific Rim, the small island consists of the wealthy crime lords of Hightown and the seedier Lowtown. Madripoor's rulers tolerated piracy in the past and still have a relaxed policy toward it now, as long as it doesn't threaten the regime's stability. They don't extradite criminals, so it is a notorious haven for crime syndicates and other illicit activities.

Gateway: Tower ↔ Various Dr. Strange has installed a gateway door inside a pantry door in Floor 39's commons kitchen area. The dial only connects to Shuri's lab in Wakanda, an Asgardian courtyard, or a remote Mongolian plain. Travel to Wakanda or Asgardia is by invite only (this requires IC & OOC permission) OR for dire need during attacks that may result in loss of life.

Living in the Tower offers more opportunities for interaction. All characters get a fully furnished apartment to live in. If you find a pic you like for a design idea, please leave a photo link in the Dropbox and it will be linked to under your characters name/room.

Xavier's School does not yet exist. The game is consolidated into the Tower and two side areas (Asgardia & Wakanda) to maximize interaction.

1 Bed apartment ideas: High Rise designs, apartment aesthetics, & remodeling ideas. Only characters with family members or children can live in 2 bed apartments.

Asgardians have at least two ways to reach the Tower in a crisis, so are allowed to live in Asgard. The same applies to Wakandans, who can use the magic doorway into the Tower. Only Wakandan or Asgardian citizens can live in their canon settings. This game is centralized and all other characters must live in the Tower. Apartments or other residences outside of the Tower are not allowed.

Only important canon or game locations that have been used in plots will be given a Locations entry above.

Pepper's Penthouse: Tony gave this penthouse in the Flatiron District to Pepper during their 2024 separation & divorce. Happy has an apartment on a lower floor. Pep & Tony maintain joint custody of Morgan & the Endgame cabin.

Avengers Tower: Housing Assignments

Your character will be placed on floor 38 until spaces fill up, and then to floor 37, or 36.

There are 30 rooms, total. The vast majority are studio apartments. At the opposite ends of each floor, there is a 2 bedroom unit, reserved for those who need room for family members or children. There are four residential elevators, only two of which can access the upper levels of the tower, and two that go down to the basement. There are four staircases to use in case of emergency to the rooftop or lower levels, and will open to residents via bioscan.

2 Bed: rooms 1 & 15 of each floor.
Studio: rooms 2 through 14 of each floor.
