“I can test it.” Scott answered easily for Natasha amidst the very sciency explanations that were probably putting the rest of the room into a Benadryl like state. Hell, his own mind was jogging and things were probably going over his head as he slipped in an out of open eye naps.

“Speaking of particles,” he rubbed his eyes and sat up more. “It’s what I was collecting for Hope’s family before...it happened. One way or another—those can help us. Instead of reading waves and the data on what we see from the dark matter, the particles will be able to open up possibilities of so much more. They can change the game if we can get to them first.”

He didn’t want to think about this but he had a decent game face for when times got tough. “And if we don’t, Stark, you know that’s where I’ll end up. And we’ll have to work with what we’ve got..and who we’ve got.”

"It's the energy," Hope would attempt to elaborate - since no, not everyone in the room was jonesing for science. Oops, had to reel back the nerdery for a moment there. "Scott's right, they can help us - if we want to get technical, quantum energy is just another form of magic. It's tapping into a resource like Stephen does with his spells, only using technology to do it instead."

She rubbed her forehead, over her brow. It was looking bleak for all parties here, no lies. But she'd persevere. "Collecting those particles will give us a leg up if something trips on the warning system and...something goes wrong. So just FYI."

	"Magic and science. Same thing, different ways of explaining it." Tony agreed with what was being said. They had to look at things from different angles. "We get the tunnel open, you two can get the particles. We should do a tunnel run tonight, maybe tomorrow morning if you two aren't busy. See what we can do. I'm on board if you two are."
