Loki & Peter
"It is, but it isn't," Loki confessed, looking around for but a fleeting moment. It was different in ways he still couldn't put his finger on, and he suspected that things might change on a whim again. Hopefully not any time soon, though. They were already getting their footing, and it would be awful to have the red carpet pulled out from under them again.
He focused back on Peter and listened, smiling brightly again. He had read about the adventures they had, and was eager to have more one day. Memories that, he hoped, would last this time.
"Ah, yes. You were commendable, trying to save me." He patted Peter on the shoulder, a gesture of comradeship from one warrior to another. "I only hope you were able to find out what that contraption was for. In the meantime, I'm all too happy to have the Bifrost open to you. Does your aunt live in the same building, full of small box like living quarters? Apartments, isn't it?"
