Thor & Loki
Things had gotten foggy but Loki remembered one thing: the stare. The sort of stare that was like the moment before being ran through with a very long, very sharp sword. Having read the notes of his predecessor - meticulously kept in magically charmed journals - he was certain that's why the previous marriage worked. Her stare alone was enough to warrant a confession or two.
The histories though, was a far more dangerous situation than an angry Valkyrie Queen.
"Yes, I fear you're right in that regard," Loki said with a sigh. His gaze had followed Thor's to the guards as well. "The palace guards are loyal and appear at the ready, but it's the warriors that are lacking. Perhaps you should ask Valkyrie about it? I've only made the suggestion to you. But I can't speak for her as far as decreeing who does what."
