Kate and T'Challa
"It is very okay," T'Challa assured. He thought exposing others, friends, to what Wakanda had in terms of culture, festivals, and traditions was important - unlike his father, he refused to let Wakanda be an isolationist sort of nation. They had so much to share with the world - and as difficult as it was to face, Erik had been right. Wakanda shouldn't have hidden itself for so long, that they had a duty to help their brothers and sisters across the world - they'd made mistakes in the past, under T'Chaka's rule.
T'Challa was different. He wasn't as burn it all to the ground as his cousin, but Wakanda had emerged as a formidable leader and ally in recent years and he wanted to keep the momentum going.
"You can let me know which night would be best for you. It typically runs from the twenty-sixth of December to the first of the new year." The music changed then, and he supposed he had some more mingling to do - but he'd likely be back for another dance at some point. "Thank you for the dance, my lady," he added, with a sweeping bow. "It was quite nice."
