Sylvie and Open
Sylvie leaned on one of the pillars, watching the people with a wary eye. It wasn't that she was paranoid, but, she didn't know anyone, really and so she had no idea who was likely to frustrate a diplomat or not. She was in a dark green dress of the finest, lightest silk. The dark green shifted to gold based on how she moved, or what light hit her best. A green and gold belt wrapped her waist and a gold necklace held the dress in place at her throat. She paired it with dark green flats and likely more knives than any one person should hide beneath airy, light silk. Her blonde hair was loosely curled and left loose tonight.
No matter where she went, though, she always made sure she could see Loki, as if ensuring she wasn't too far away for too long. Long fingers plucked a glass of water off a tray and she took a drink, looking out over the rim.
