Peter had joined Ned in the senioritis - along with some hefty doubt on if college was really the right option for him. There was so much he could do full-time as Spider-man, and while that wouldn't pay the bills, he’d feel like he’d be failing the city if he didn’t give it all the protection he could. And if high school was hard enough for his distracted mind to handle, what would college be like? Between that and the endless scholarship applications May was nudging him to fill out, he was the twitchy kind of stressed.

"Hey!" Peter said, flopping down next to Ned, his attention already curiously on his friend's computer. "You're not studying for that chemistry test, right? Cause I was thinking about putting that off till tomorrow." Like any good procrastinator would.
