Party's Over - the epilogue
Before the guard could finish one hand twirl rotation, Tony interjected.
"Whoa, ok. Hint taken. Since we're guests, bad review. Seems fair. We'll leave. Right? Thor, Jane?" He looked at them after stepping in a little and turning his back to Shades and raising his eyebrows, doing a little herky jerky offsides glancing motion in the direction of the hotel rooms and their stuff, so they could pack. "I can let everyone know. You two don't need to do that."
Thor nodded, taking Jane’s hand in his.
“Unwanted guests, it would appear. I do not wish to remain here if this is how we will be treated. Shall we go? There are many other places that would rather our company than here.”
Shades had nothing to say. He was ever watchful, though, and did not budge an inch. He was waiting. Nothing more, nothing less.
Although everything inside of Tony was screaming to start pushing buttons on this guy, and get to the bottom of this creepy place, there were a lot of people to think about. Peter, MJ, Ned, Shuri...the list went on. There was no doubt that Loki was free now, what with the way these guys were acting. It was a good time to take the cue and exit stage left.
He raised his hands and said loud enough that the music stopped, "Party over! Everyone pack up and we're shipping out, right now! Grab some snacks and go, people!"
As everyone hustled, he started walking, passing one shocked waiter and taking the tray from them. "Getting these to go. Thanks."
With a job well done (including a wedding!), everyone boarded the quinjets and left for the safety of New York, shortly after.
