"My spidey senses are kinda picking up that you're not fine." Okay, so his spidey senses couldn't reach that far, but he knew Tony got twitchy when he was stressed. Peter was the same way - and speaking of anxiety, his own spiked now. It was New Year's Eve, wasn't it? It had to be serious if it was putting a downer on Tony's enjoyment of the celebration.
"You're okay, right? Cause if this is about the hackers or something...if you've got any new leads, I could go check things out." His assumptions jumped to the eScape debacle first. Peter was still hugely bothered that the perpetrators were out there somewhere when they'd hurt MJ and Tony and so many others, and he was eager to track down the offenders himself. And that was only the top of his list of 'things that could possibly be wrong'.
"Seriously, if I can help with anything, you can tell me," Peter insisted, snatching up another pastry. He wanted Tony to know he had his back, especially because other-him universes away couldn't do the same anymore. "Unless like - Shake Shack's announced they're closing all locations or something terrible like that. Then you can wait till after New Year's to tell me."
