Loki & Wanda
The words you are extraordinarily powerful gave Wanda a little shiver - those words, unfortunately, weren't much of a surprise to her. Granted, she didn't realize the full extent of her own abilities but - there were obvious hints, shall we say. While it was easy to chalk up her pregnancy to some kind of demonic intervention, that was only part of it - she'd been tainted with literal, actual darkness as a result of dealing with demons but she had also just been talking about how she wanted to have children with Vision, and was disappointed that it wouldn't happen.
So she must have made it happen somehow. That, admittedly, scared her a bit.
"Yes - I feel as if I am still trying to make up for harmful deeds," she smiled, a watery expression, at Loki and patted her hand. Of course she understood. Why else was she at the party in this form? Probably because of not wanting to show up in the form people most recognized, the one who was still walking a path of redemption in a way. "I would not wish that for my boys, ever. And I think that's why it will be good for you to know them - to let them know that there are people who don't see magic as something to be feared, something unnatural."
Wanda felt so alone before she began to study with Stephen. Because there had been no one who could teach her - and just having that camaraderie, that acceptance, it made a world of difference.
