Thor waved a dismissive hand. "I have no control over what you wish to do as a private citizen, Lady Sif. Knowledge is power, and if it eases your mind to seek further information, go forth. Simply remember that the direction given in this meeting, which will remain until we see the need to change is this: Asgard deals with Asgard, Midgard deals with Midgard. In all matters."
He looked around the room, meeting everyone's eyes and made sure that it was well understood. There would be no further discussion about this point unless it was needed and if that came to pass? Well, he could already envision the 'I told you so' that would come.
He could live with that.
"Now, if we are done with the matters of war, we shall move onto the matters of the household. Agatha, please -- inform us of our stores for winter, along with any pressing housing needs."
That would get the conversation moving again, and he already knew Agatha had many opinions about the position of the school with the amount of sun it received (or lack, Thor wasn't sure, nor did he really care).
Settling back into his seat, he continued finishing his drawing of giving Loki a noogie and smiled at his brother. One day, Loki would have to acknowledge the amazing art skills Thor had. Maybe Thor would have to build Loki a diorama. That would be fun.
