Xiu's first response to opening the door and finding him there was much the same as his, she blinked several times as if frozen there. Of course that did not last long, she broke into a large smile when she returned to herself, seeming bright and happy to see him. "Kozu, how nice to see you." if she were completely honest with herself she would admit to thinking of him as well. It had been hard not to. She kept thinking of that look in his eyes when she had out balanced him and his frequent touches the last time together, how close they had strangely become. It was almost like having her friend back after their years apart, but it was different now. She tried to tell herself that they had simply matured, but she knew that was not the only thing.
She looked to his hand and blinked several times, realizing that he had come to see her, their timing made her chuckle a little behind her hand. "Did you want to see me? Well, I mean, clearly you did." she chuckled again though it was a little more nervous, she was beginning to ramble. "You don't knock on somebody's door without wanting to speak with them, unless it's some sort of prank. Oh, I know it isn't a prank, you're much too nice to me for it to be that, but I'm saying it may be a reason to knock on someone's door with out wanting to speak to them." her eyes widened when she realized she was rambling. "Uh, I, uh."
She stopped herself offering him an apologetic smile, "Can I help you?" she looked relieved when it came out correctly, her cheeks still feeling a little flushed from her rambling. She knew she needed to get a hold of herself, she was just talking to Kozu after all, no need to get herself worked up like that.
