I've done what I've done
Who: Kozu, Satomi When: A few hours after this Where: Sword and Fan What: Ko has to own up to his actions. Kozu had messed up, and he was more than aware of this. He had been in the Sword and Fan for over an hour now, just how long he was not sure, he was not bothering to keep track of time. He threw himself into beating the punching bag with a burning raging passion. It was not his usual behavior, not he cool, collected, determined focus which he usually trained with, it was true, raw emotion which drove him to strike the object again and again and again.
The volley of his fists paused only long enough for him to pull his weight back, give a low, guttural shout and spin his weight, twisting his body to bring his heel around harshly against the bag. The cold anger which had clutched his spine seemed to melt a bit at long last, leaving him with only the guilt which gnawed deep in his gut. His hands reached out to grab the punching bag which wobbled and wavered madly still. He clutched it tightly and dropped his damp face against hte matieral surroudning it. His knuckles turned white as he panted quietly, attempting to collect himself as sweat dripped slowly from his chin.
His shirt and shoes lay unceremoniously off to the side of the mats, his dark eyes closed tightly as he slowly regained himself. He had kept all his emotion, all his pain and anger so carefully guarded and safely tucked away for so many years. It had all come out, all at once and to someone who truly did not deserve it, someone he wished had not seen him like that, and now he could not seem to fully get a grasp on himself again. The shadows he had gathered just before he exploded at poor Xiu Mei still seemed to cling to his form, but it was still minor enough to be easily excused as a trick of the light and the imagined look of his very foul mood.
