Zuma smiled brightly at the tea shop owner, he always knew what to say. It was a shame most of the fancier pots had been destroyed. And, so many of her things back at the palace had fallen and smashed as well...so many people lost things. She took a few minutes to glance around at the shop, noticing the pictures had gone missing as well. When he returned she smiled, lifting her chin slightly. “The paintings are gone too.” She said seriously with a frown. What a shame.
“We are quite lucky to have so many earthbenders in the area.” The comment was serious and without the usual sarcasm it might have held. She was truly thankful they had been there to help her city, she hated seeing it in shambles. “I just wish they worked faster.” She bit her lip and looked at his ankle. “You saw a healer right away though, yes?” His ankle didn’t seem to bother him but maybe he hid it well, having more important things to worry about. “Though, the disruption in schooling is welcome I wish it hadn’t meant the city had so much damage.”
