Pumpkin-Cranberry Bread & Butterbeer.
Here are two recipes for you. The first one was given to me by my mum, and the second was found whilst searching for a good butterbeer recipe, since all the other ones I've tried are no good. (^_^)

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour
Ready In: 1 Hour 10 Minutes
Yields: 24 servings
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups granulated sugar
1 (15 ounce) can LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup fresh or frozen or dried cranberries
handful of chopped walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
2. Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries (and nuts, if desired). Spoon batter into prepared loaf pans.
3. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Ingredients:
(for one serving)
2/3 cup Milk
1 ½ Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. water
marshmallows
butter
optional:
cinnamon
scotch
Instructions:
1.Put the sugar and water in a pan (non-stick/Teflon is best) over high heat. Stir with a wooden spoon. It will have a texture like sleet.
2.Stop stirring once little bubbles start to form. As it continues to heat, the sugar will liquefy and caramelise. Once it begins to brown, tilt and shake the pan so it cooks and browns evenly. Once it takes the colour of a medium dark brown remove from heat.
3.Just as you've taken it off the heat, pour all the milk in at once. It will make some noise, but if you don't pour it in all at once, it will splatter.
4.The caramel will have hardened from the addition of the milk, but it will gradually mix in, so don't worry. Put the pan back on medium heat, and stir until small bubbles are forming and the milk is barely at a simmer.
5.Pour it into a mug, top with as much butter and marshmallows as you like (and optional cinnamon), and it's done. Stir it well before drinking. The marshmallows will melt a bit and get soft and delicious. Add a bit of scotch if you want to feel like Winky does from hers.
I used a saucepan. This is the best recipe I've tried using milk. I haven't tried any of the ones using rootbeer or cream soda.
