hi! welcome to the hype/ooc informative post for the opeing day ic/ooc collective! we're trying something a little bit new tbh and we're making a seperate ooc hype spot for all the shit that has to do with the first day of the game so that we have a place to get to know one another and all of our characters!

basically, this is a spot where we can gather data (like heights! how tall are your characters? who is their one connection, if they have any?). share lil bits of code! ask for interest in any particular threading headers! and so on and so forth! if there are any particularly good bits of information under a header, we'll post a reference link in the little call out box to make sure it's easy to find later on.

you can also just c/p discord conversations if the hype gets real in there, too. or screenshot shit to put in there. idk ok i just like giving people an avenue for organization outlets if they want it. HAVE FUN!!

	noah curran (evil queen)'s one connection is ava davis (ugly duckling). 4 years ago, ava, using an alias, conned noah's family out of money by pretending to be noah's half-sister, i.e. his father's illegitimate daughter. when they meet on the island again, they will pretend to meet for the first time. desdemona moore (beauty)'s one connection is phineas varghest (prince charming). she has been awake much longer than he has been awake. they have been academic rivals for most of their life, and true to YA novel form, have had simmering sexual tension for lots of that time.

when it finally came time to confront that tho, desdemona did not feel like she could, in good conscience, pursue anything with him because he was not awake and she felt there was an inherent lack of consent because of that.

when he DID finally wake up, there was THEN a push and pull of, 'well. you're not my prince(ss). you're not even in my story. what happens when...?

eventually they decided fuck it, you're my person in this life, and got engaged.

Chester's one connection is with Lulu, our Alice in Wonderland. As a guidance counselor, Chester was shuffled from school to school because he was a controversial influence. Despite having a master's degree, he often encouraged kids to not invest in college and to instead pursue their artistic ambitions. He immediately connected with Lulu because they recognized they were from the same story. He validated for her that no, she was not delusional, this was real. He's messy and irresponsible, but he thinks Lulu's his responsibility.

	Marty's one connection is Lavender, they dated a few years ago when they were both living and attending college in Santa Cruz. They've kept in touch since and when Marty woke up 6 months ago they started discussing tale related things. (Reply to this) (Parent)
