Who: Aidrien Putnam and Espen Sieger Where: The Coffee Dregs Why: Any person needs a great espresso shot and Wi-Fi When: 3:00 pm
Normally, the wind whipped tightly around the small coffee shop, but today the pulsing sun decided to patronizingly glare down on the shop where Aidrien happened to be seated. Although the piercing sunshine was quite annoying, Aidrien wouldn't be able to smoke his cancer sticks inside of the shop so with a exhausted sigh he kept himself seated in his chair. Glancing around him for a moment before he took in a deep breath of his lit cigarette, he moved up in his steal framed chair and gently pulled out his black laptop. He hadn't planed on actually doing work or anything of that nature on this little outing, but while he was out, why not kill two birds with one stone?
The temperature around Aidrien didn't really bother him all to much, seeing as his body was used to an intensified heat. However, Aidrien was very glad that he had chosen his normal business pants that filtered air quite well along with his white long sleeved buttondowned polo, which he could easily roll up the sleeves. Although he was a respected business man, he didn't always dress so formally. This day was different because later on in the evening, he would have to deal with Jakodi and their plans to organize out the rest of the years finances for the Desert Heat and part of the Arcane. Just the thought of having to deal with his elder sister allowed a grim frown to grace his face as he listened to the droning noise of his laptop coming to life. After a moment or two, he let the effects of his caffine and tobacco to set in and his nerves were calmed down. He wouldn't have to deal with his overbearing sister for at least another 4 hours or so, so why worry about it now? He needed a break from all the family drama that was plaguing his poor life lately and searching around on the internet while drinking black coffee and sucking on a cigarette had finally given him that break. Now if the hustle and bustle of San Fransisco could calm down enough to give him a much needed silence then his day would be finally perfect.
