When MARTHA started to bang around, Jack knew she wanted out. He had dealt with the drone enough to understand her basic needs. He was about to tell Artie to drop the lasers but John beat him to it. Quickly, he followed them outside and watched as the drone flew down a dirt road and back again. When Myka spoke, Jack nodded his head.
"I think you're right. We need to follow her," Jack said as he patted himself down, making sure he had his weapons.
"Some of us should probably stay here with Artie," Pete suggested. "I'll stay behind in case MacPherson shows up."
"I will too," Martha said.
Jack nodded and watched as Pete said goodbye to Myka. Once they were finished, those that were going piled into Jack's car. He was about to pull away when Artie started to wave his arms around. Jack stopped and rolled down the window.
"It might be a trap set up by MacPherson so be careful," he told them.
"We will," Jack said. He rolled the window up and pulled away from the Warehouse. MARTHA saw they were following her so she started down the dirt road. Jack tightened his grip on the steering wheel and continued to follow.
"This better not be a trap," he muttered as he sped the car up a little.
