When Pete mentioned using water, Fred nodded at him. He was right that water would be another good way to see through invisibility if that was the method he was going with.
Her mind started racing with thoughts of how they could set this up, making it so if the lasers were tripped, the sprinklers would go off. Part of her wanted to also electrify the system, but she decided that would be too dangerous, especially if it was set off accidentally by one of them. No, a physical trap would be better - maybe one of Teddy Roosevelt's hunting traps or Rube Goldberg's devices.
Cait was right, though - they wouldn't really be able to do anything about it until the morning. Taking Jack's hand, Fred stood up and looked at all of them. She trusted each and every one of them and knew they'd get through this.
"Goodnight, you all," she said as she and Jack headed for their room, Myka and Pete leaving behind them and heading to hers.
Once they were alone, she looked at Jack for a moment before embracing him tightly. "You know, I kind of wish we had MARTHA here right now. I could set her up as a sentry at the Warehouse."
