Ernie shoved his hands in his pockets as they walked, glancing over at Avery. Comparing the Carrows regime to attending Hogwarts as a first year wasn't in any way a fair comparison, but he supposed he couldn't expect anything less from the Slytherin.
"On occasion though..." he shook his head. He had been about to say that sometimes those traditional periods were scary for a reason, but he decided against it. "Well, I hope to look back on all of this with that sort of perspective then."
