Seamus and Susan were nearing the end of their rounds for the evening, having decided to start on the higher floors of the castle and work their way down tonight. He rolled his shoulders every few moments as they walked along, trying to work out a kink that had developed earlier in the day. Thankfully, their rounds had been blessedly quiet so far tonight and - even better in Seamus' opinion - he'd not spotted Travers following him in the last few days.
"Looks like we're goin' t'have borin' rounds for once," he said quietly to Susan. "Not that I'm complainin', mind you. I could use an early night, I'm knackered." They turned and headed down the corridor leading to the dungeons. It was a long hallway, and with several intersecting corridors; each time they came to one, Seamus turned his head in both directions, scanning for anyone out and about where they shouldn't be. They'd gone so long without seeing anyone that he was just about to suggest skiving off the last little bit to Susan when he heard the muffled sound of talking further down the corridor.
He glanced at Susan regretfully. "Looks like I spoke too soon, yeah?"
