Terry gave a half hearted grin and continued to chew on his nail. He looked over at the book and parchment that he had left on the table and back at Parvati. There was a lack of nosy first years or other students that would be quick to comment on anything said. The boy hunched over slightly and cocked his eyebrows.
"What do you think of this rubbish going on?" Terry asked, referring to the Defense Against the Dark Arts class and Muggle Studies. "I mean, what are they getting at?"
He knew what he thought. There was no reason for the Ministry to be butting in on their education again, never mind trying to brainwash the students to make their warped disciplinary systems seem justified. He had learned nothing more than the people at the top had lost control and their sights on what was fair. There had been a few faces that were no longer walking the halls after muggleborns were being questioned outside of the school walls. It seemed like the student body was being thinned without the pressure placed on the students that the adults had been subjected to.
