Trying not to appear as though she were on edge as it was, Penny only glanced around slightly at the other patrons of the cafe before taking her seat across from Percy. She hadn't really been surprised by the way he had arisen from his seat as she approached; if anything, she found it a natural reaction coming from him, ever polite and professional, and after all, their relationship had truly be relegated to almost a sense of politeness and professionalism. At least somewhat.
In the same way, she wasn't surprised by the way he had begun the conversation. She just hoped the point would be made clear soon, if not immediately, of course.
"I'm well, thank you. I've mostly been busying myself with work lately, but of course you know all about that."
