Susan turned when she heard the door open and gave Parvati a smile as she entered. She swept her bangs out of her eyes for what seemed like the millionth time today. The Gryffindor pulled up a chair and Susan sat, tucking one foot up under her butt.
"Not bad," she replied. "Other than Muggle Studies, my day went pretty well." That class had been awful, but then again, when wasn't it? "How about you? What did you get up to today?" she asked, trying to be as cheerful as possible; she preferred to stay away from the topic of Muggle Studies, or the Carrows. She wanted to have a normal conversation for once.
