"I try," she said with a soft chuckle as she stood up to stow the book back under her bed. She watched Lavender for a moment, trying not to wince at the bruise which was still prominent on her face. Crossing back to the bed she wrapped her arm around her roommate's shoulders and gave her a squeeze. "You know, when it turns blue, it's totally going to clash with your uniform. Maybe you can borrow a Ravenclaw one, so it'll match better," she teased with a grin, trying to lighten the mood.
Parvati reached into the bag and grabbed a sugar quill for herself, nibbling on it. "Of course," she said, curious about the request. "What can I do?"
