Lavender's expression softened as the pain was taken away. She lifted her fingers to touch the spot, and while it was still swollen, it didn't hurt to touch. "You're an angel," Lavender sighed, picking up her bedside mirror and examining the damage. It wasn't pretty, but it would serve a purpose. Her hand shook and so did her image, so she put down the mirror and instead reached for the bag of sweets that Parvati and Seamus had brought her back from Hogsmeade.
Offering the bag to Parvati, she took out a Sugar Quill and chewed on it, the sugar helping almost instantly. "Can I ask you to do something for me? Something stranger than taking the pain but not the bruise?"
