Susan hadn't even realized that there was anyone else around, so she was a little surprised to hear the closing of a book. She went around the corner, toward the noise and spotted Blaise. He held out a handkerchief and she walked over to him, accepting it.
"It is awful in here," she agreed before blowing her nose. It seemed odd to her, his behavior. But then, when had she ever spoken to Blaise outside of class, away from the other Slytherins? Probably never. Not that she was complaining. She wiped her nose one last time and folded the handkerchief.
"Thanks." She gave him a small smile, offering the piece of cloth back to him. She glanced over his shoulder at the table, noting the book and all the notes. Who in their right mind got up this early on a weekend to study?
