Anthony couldn't help but split a wide smile at Padma's second question. His eyes narrowed playfully from behind the refracting torches in his glasses. "Damn right," he said dryly. He gave a single, definitive nod and looked forward again.
By Archimedes' big pointy hat it's cold! He thought to himself. His teeth were starting to chatter. Thankfully the castle was very close now.
Anthony was quite glad something had happened and they were scheduled together tonight. When Padma answered right, Anthony gave her a nod. He leaned half in and turned at the waist. "Well you know me. I'm, eh, not that chatty but I'll try." He beamed at her agreeably again.
He didn't want rounds to be boring. Thankfully there was the castle so it was one thing off his mind. He picked up his pace the last few steps and opened the door for Padma, all gentlemanly.
Once inside he felt himself starting to thaw and breathed a frosty breath of relief. "Okay anybody who goes out there to snog tonight?" He half-chuckled, "... You're welcome to it. Stay warm. Don't freeze anything off."
Anthony pushed his glasses back onto his nose. "So I brought you something. Left pocket of my coat." He pointed. Inside was a book titled, The Rooster Crowed at Midnight.
