There was an awkward pause after Daphne's reply in which Susan hoped that the Slytherin would just drop the whole thing altogether so they could both be on their way. But, no, Daphne wouldn't just let it go. She just had to make things difficult... Susan raised her eyebrows. Fine, if Daphne was going to be a pain, then so was she.
"I certainly hope you're not accusing me of causing trouble, Daphne. I might ask what you're doing out so close to curfew seeing as I'm the Prefect here." She crossed her own arms, mirroring the Slytherin. Maybe that would shut her up.
