Seamus started to nod at her sympathetic response, but his head whipped round when she mentioned that Myrtle liked to talk. “Uhhm, did you...listen t’her much?” He valiantly fought against the blush that desperately wanted to rise into his cheeks. He wasn’t really the type to get embarrassed easily, but pondering the idea that a ghost might’ve been discussing his bits with his date while he was actually on said date was a bit more than even he could take. “I s’pose I’d take whatever she said with a grain of salt, yeah? Oh, and you can bet I will remember that,” he nodded at her suggestion. “And I think I might start wearin’ swim trunks in there, just in case.”
The last thing he needed was a ghost flying through him when he was enjoying the bath. He gave an involuntary shudder at the thought, before pulling himself back to the moment at hand. Which wasn’t hard when Parvati was saying things like that, and looking at him with that expression. “Right, then. Me too, um, very much, yes.”
Brilliant. Thoughts of that blasted ghost and a smile from a pretty girl had turned him into a gibbering idiot.
